aw shoot
Vindi here, news on the music, Collection is faring well... however.... I THINK I just lost one of my hard drives.... which had SOMETHING in it i cant find.
Update: probed about, I cant seem to find some of the songs I collected..... uh oh...
Game looks and sounds beautiful, absolutely love the art design. However, the initial village's map design is a nightmare. Too many dead end paths and unclear movement areas, as well as too few simple paths to the locations you need to visit.
Bug: For some reason the game has locked in moving to the right, so even upon quitting and reloading, as well as upon starting a new game the character will move to the right as if the movement key was stuck. I had this problem in dwarf fortress, but can't recall a fix for it. Is there a fix for this short of reinstalling the game?
That's not a problem with the game, it's a problem with RPG Maker that many people have encountered. Can be solved by restarting the PC. I think there was another solution, but I can't remember right now.
Yeah, your crits are spot one. One of the thing I've started doing is planning out the area before I get to work on them. Many of the original areas were very much slap-sticked together, Or made up as I did them. The result were aesthetically interesting, but also cumbersome and non-sensible.
You don't have to restart the pc to fix that error with the character only going in one direction. You can use the number pad to try to move your character and using the num lock also helps when the menu doesn't open or close when you press the menu key.
I hope you find those songs. You could try listing them if you remember which songs are gone if you want help looking.
ReplyDeletethankfully the list is on my C: drive. not sure if its a total loss or just the cable.
DeleteGeneral game feedback and a question:
