I wouldn't worry too much. The femrad in the article doesn't have any reasonable grounds and I imagine that the case will be turfed eventually.
If anyone wants to cause you legal trouble, they will. This is pretty much a reality in any 1st world country.

I'm not a legal expert, but I'm going to assume that the guy being tried will be in a position to take civil action against her if she looses her case. Which seems very likely.
