Been fixing up the graphics for the match 3 minigame. Connecting it to the database as well as the event system. Not quite done but it's looking a lot better. running a lot better too.
Hey Reg, hope you had a merry christmas and happy new year! just starte playing through the bonehead demo the other day, and noticed that you seem to be posting on your blog more regularly. That's great, since it makes it less likely that bonehead will die, and you just disappear off the face of the earth. also interested in this new game you seem to be working on, will it be free as well, or will it need to be payed for?
It'll be free as well. I plan on doing some crowdfunding for art or streams via patreon or something when the first chapter is done. However due to their regulations on content I can't offer the game through patreon so I figured might as well just make it completely free.
Hi regless, i see your game is coming along just fine^^ Is this game going to have any incest stuff in it btw? because if not and no Rxxx scene's/story then you can easily use this game to get founding from Patreon but everyone knows that you do plan on Dev Bonehead again^^ Also btw, i've heard that VN Maker is a stronger engine than rpg maker but that it still use's lots of stuff from rpg maker mv like common events t,ex and its more than possible you can add ff7 like battle's in it ect so with that you could make Bonehead into an Visual novel game with rpg elements and save probly about 80% or more of all the arts that you made to the game by simply re-sizing it in worst case and let me tell you if i say i do very much suck at art stuff for real and i managed to resize ace to mv so if i can so do i know for sure you can with ease. I am trying to learn how to use daz and thats gonna be a pain. ^.^;
Hey Christian. Yeah. The new game will have incest stuff. That's why I can't fund through patreon as it would violate their terms of service. And VN is strong but depending what you want to do it may not be suited for what you want to do. Like you can't make a top down RPG with it. But you can kinda jerryrig some turn based fighting and such. I've thought of using it to make something like an adventure fan game similar to ben10 x or camp pinewood or something. But first things first. I want to get the current project off the ground and then figure out what my second project should be since I like having two going at once.
